Creating derivative works based on our tests
Using test content for commercial purposes without authorization
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract test questions
Sharing test questions or answers with others

Test content is provided for personal assessment purposes only. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

3. User-Generated Content License

When you create an account, take tests, or submit content to our Service, you retain ownership of your content. However, by using our Service, you grant Mindscore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store and process your test responses and results
Generate and provide test results and certificates
Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and improvement purposes
Display your test results and certificates as part of our Service

4. Test Results and Certificates

Ownership: You own your test results and certificates. You may use them for personal, educational, or professional purposes, including:

Personal reference and self-assessment

Restrictions:

You may not modify or alter test results or certificates
You may not use results to misrepresent qualifications or abilities

When you purchase and complete a test, you receive a license to use your test results and certificates. This license:

Does not grant you rights to the underlying test content or questions
Remains valid as long as your account is active or results are accessible

You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your results to third parties, except as part of sharing your own achievements.

9. Restrictions on Use

In addition to the restrictions mentioned above, you may not:

Use our Service or content to create competing products or services
Extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from our Service
Use automated systems or bots to access our Service
