Welcome to Mindscore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mindscore's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

Mindscore provides online cognitive assessments and psychological testing services, including but not limited to:

• IQ tests and cognitive ability assessments
• Personality tests and trait assessments
• Skills evaluations and assessments
• Career guidance and assessment services
• Test results, analysis reports, and certificates

Our tests are designed for informational and self-assessment purposes. They are not intended to replace professional psychological evaluation, medical diagnosis, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Test Purchase and Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a pay-per-test model. By purchasing a test, you agree to:

• Pay the specified price for each test you choose to take
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Understand that each purchase allows you to take the test once

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

Due to the digital nature of our tests and immediate access to results, all sales are final. Refunds are not available except in cases of technical errors that prevent test completion, as determined by our support team.

5. Test Results and Certificates

Upon completion of a test, you will receive:

• Detailed test results and analysis
• Professional certificates (for applicable tests)
• Lifetime access to your results through your account

You own your test results and may use them as you see fit, including sharing on social media or professional networks. However, you may not:

• Modify or alter test results or certificates
• Use results to misrepresent your qualifications or abilities
• Resell or redistribute test content or questions

Test results are estimates based on your responses and should not be considered definitive assessments of your abilities or characteristics.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Share test questions or answers with others
• Create multiple accounts to retake tests without payment
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including but not limited to test questions, assessments, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Mindscore or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or completeness of test results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINSCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific test in question.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our tests and immediate access to results, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors that prevent test completion
• Duplicate charges due to system errors
• Unauthorized use of your payment method

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact support@mindscore.com with your order details.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notifications for significant changes (where applicable)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement
• Extended periods of inactivity
